Abstract submission closed on the 4th of February 2013.

Acceptance notifications were sent out at the end of February.

Late submissions for posters are still possible; please contact Anja Schilling.

Submission deadline with grant application: 14 December 2012

Submission deadline without grant application 31 January 2013

Presenting Author

The presenting author has to submit the abstract. To change the presenting author later on, you will have to remove the abstract and re-submit it with the new presenter's login.

Abstract Submission Fee

Be aware that each abstract submission, be that for poster or oral presentation will be charged with a non-refundable 30.-CHF handling fee. Following the link "Abstract Submission", you can register your name and affiliation and pay the abstract fee. Then you will be provided with a personal login to submit your abstract. The login allows you to access and change your abstract at any time until submission deadline.

Travel Grants

The deadline for abstract submissions with grant application was on 14 December 2012. No further grant applications can be accepted.
